We wanted a quiet place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we weren't disappointed. The motel was very clean, with modern furnishings and very comfortable. Room rate was good value. Hosts were friendly and helpful and the location of our second level room (#10) had an excellent view of the jetty and river surroundings.5 / 5 stars
We were extremely pleased with our accommodation. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It isn't luxury but it isn't a luxury price. The host could not have been more helpful or pleasant, even helping with our luggage. We stayed in the access room and found it very pleasant. The kitchen is small but functional and the beds were super comfortable. I would doubt you could better the cleanliness and comfort for the price. Highly recommended.5 / 5 stars
Nice people & clean rooms in a good spot. The upstairs rooms have a view so we paid the extra & it was worth it. There was a balcony to sit out on & we were given lots of helpful info on great beaches to visit. Would stay there again. Rod D5 / 5 stars
We were made extremely welcome by the Hosts. The accommodation is in a superb position with easy waterside walks. The nearby (a car is necessary) Greenwell Point Bowling and Sports Club caters for all tastes. It was a delight to have the Australian Flag flying at the Anchor Bay Motel.
